Please make sure to arrive 5-10 minutes early to ensure you find us. We are in the hollywood professional building, Located at the corner of Hancock and 40th. After 5pm/weekends use call box (# and then 208) at main entrance to buzz yourself in. Your intake should be filled out online prior to your appointment time.
CANCELATION POLICY…
A credit card is required to book ALL appointments. By entering your card number in our secure system, it ensures that you have read + understand our 24 hour CANCELATION POLICY. Your card will not be charged unless you miss your appointment.
A fee of 50% of treatment price is associated with late cancel, and a fee of 100% will be applied to no show/no calls. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before the start of your appointment time to avoid the late cancelation fee. If you don't receive a confirmation email, please check spam folder or please call to verify if your appointment is secure.
RESCHEDULING…
Any appointment with a late arrival time of 10 minutes or more will need to be rescheduled, with no penalty. You also have the option for a shorter service. As a courtesy, please notify us if you are running late for your appointment.
